Validati® provides customized insurance verification solutions for the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division. We provide all printing and mailing services, a full service inbound and outbound call center, and data processing to administer non-compliant vehicles. Validati® sends timed mailings to New Mexico constituents in the event that there is no proof of insurance and allows these constituents to respond with the information by mail or by contacting one of our call center representatives. We also host an on-line site, Driveinsured.com in New Mexico to allow drivers and their agents to deposit insurance information and process all updates to constituents’ insurance received from companies writing in the state.
In addition, Validati® designed, implemented, and maintains an insurance web service system for real-time verification inquires for use by the California Department of Motor Vehicles and California constituents. This system is used as an electronic method to verify insurance.
