World-class insurance tracking solutions for financial institutions and state governments.
State Governments
Financial responsibility laws enacted by state legislatures have proven an effective means for addressing the uninsured motorist problem. To receive the benefit from this legislation, insurance tracking for compliance needs to be an integral part of any monitoring process. This follow-up not only aids in reducing the number of uninsured motorists, but also creates additional revenues from suspension and reinstatement fees. Just as with any heavy transaction based program, this verification process is extremely tedious and labor intensive with both scheduled and unplanned peaks and valleys from the various work types.
Validati® provides customized insurance verification solutions for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division. We provide all printing and mailing services, a full service inbound and outbound call center, and data processing to administer non-compliant vehicles. Validati® sends timed mailings to the Ohio and New Mexico constituents in the event that there is no proof of insurance and allows these constituents to respond with the information by mail or by contacting one of our call center representatives. We also host an on-line site, Driveinsured.com in New Mexico to allow drivers and their agents to deposit insurance information and process all updates to constituents' insurance received from companies writing in the state.
In addition, Validati® designed, implemented, and maintains an insurance web services system for real-time verification inquires for use by the California Department of Motor Vehicles and California constituents.
In the past, Validati® provided customized insurance verification solutions for the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
