Validati^® employs a dedicated team of sales representatives to market directly to financial institutions and state governments. We actively participate in numerous conferences and trade shows to gain a better understanding of the market needs for our insurance tracking solutions, as well as to promote our products. We are the current vendor of choice by sanctioning organizations in some of the markets we service.

Our ValiTrak^® offering for financial institutions is also marketed by independent agents. In many cases, we offer the insurance products through our MGA relationships that our proprietary Validati^® Insurance has established, or we work with the agent’s products and combine our world-class insurance tracking solutions and collateral risk management services. In any case, we take away the hassle of backroom operations and bring the sophistication of our systems and analysis to these programs. We work with agents on an independent contractor basis for success in joint marketing efforts.

Our ValiTrak^® programs for financial responsibility compliance for state governments are marketed with partners in the states that we identify through our research that have recognized the need for a compliance program. We are engaged with all of the committees discussing the subject of financial responsibility compliance.
